One annual fee  includes unlimited consults, zero consult fee, and 24/7/365 access to virtual physcian care for the named indvidual only.  Once payment is completed, you will receive a portal registration email within 24 hours.  Annual fee will auto-renew on your anniversary date unless cancelled within 7 days of renewal date.
